Victory Baptist College is The Place For Preachers. Victory Baptist College came into existence in 1983 as a result of the many young preachers who were requesting that Bro. Brown teach them how to preach and how to build churches. From the beginning, the emphasis of the College was to “Train Pioneers For The Ministry”. This goal is being fulfilled in the more than 60 graduates who are now actively serving the Lord as Pastors of aggressive Baptist churches scattered across America.
